Because of the high humidity, the mountain range is very blue. I painted it as such, but thought it was too strong, and did a quick repaint, lightening up the blue. I think it is better. Unfortunately it was just painting paper and I tore the paper...but the learning was worth the exercise.Wednesday, February 15, 2012

Hmmm... too bad it tore... What about using the canvas pads... To add a bit more strength. Disposable if necessary, but if it turns out good you could glue it to a board...
I often have issues with how blue or purple the far mountains should be. You did well.
