This is my submission to the DPW challenge for this week - doing a small painting one stroke at a time, mixing a new colour with each stroke. Ohhhh is that a test...but an excellent exercise!

Great job on the ceramic.
I was just looking at another blog with the same challenge. But I'm not sure if I understand it. Does it mean you cannot lift your brush and make another stroke without using another color you've mixed?

and yes Marian, one stroke, mix another color, another stroke, it should look like a mosaic when done...I find that so hard! Carol Marine posted this challenge and she gives fabulous exercises.
